  • Biostadt received the AsiaStar 2012 award by The Asian Packaging Federation for Packaging Excellence for HDPE Gagar Pack for Nanozim Granules in India.
  • Biostadt received the Worldstar 2013 award by The World Packaging Organisation for Packaging Excellence for HDPE Gagar Pack for Nanozim Granules in India.
  • Our honorable chairman & Managing director Mr. Juzar S Khorakiwala has been awarded as an entrepreneur of the year by Small and Medium Business Development Chamber of India.

  • Biostadt received INC INDIA INNOVATION award for its innovation in the field of Branding by Inc. India magazine.
  • Biostadt acquires 100% business of New Nandi Seed corporation under its wholly owned subsidiary, "New Nandi Seeds and Agrigenetic Pvt Ltd.”
2012
  • Neobio Tekniks - A new separate entity was carved to venture towards developing and marketing innovative & Novel Biological products for improving crop productivity in a safer & sustainable way.
  • Biostadt flagship brand Biozyme achieved 100 Cr Bench mark. Now Biozyme has joined the Elite group of 100 Cr + Brands in the Indian Agro Chemical Industry.
2010
  • Biostadt Celebrated its 25th Anniversary of Biozyme.
2009
  • Launch of Biostadt Aastha rath Van to promote Biostadt range of products and increase visibility.
2008
  • Started "Ingene Organics” A new division under Biostadt India Limited to focus on Horticulture Crops.
  • Launched CRM division to increase our direct interaction with the end users "Farmer” as well as the Trade Partners and provide customized solutions to meet the individual expectations.
2007
  • "INGENE” our new Biological Research Lab was inaugurated to give special focus & trust for developing new Biotechnology products to enhance the productivity in the agriculture sector.
2005
  • First Biostadt Aastha Clinic opened in Manawar with the vision to provide the one stop solution for Crop, Health and Animal care services to the farming community.
  • Biostadt ventured in to the Indian Pharmaceutical with the vision to provide the quality health care to the rural masses. Biostadt intend to consolidate its position in the Indian Pharmaceutical market through the rapidly unfolding opportunities in the pharma generic market worldwide.
  • The new state-of-the-art manufacturing setup was built at Jammu. The addition of Jammu factory helped the organization to double its production capacity to support the growing business need.
2004
  • Initiated growth in one more area by setting up a factory at Silvassa.
  • Formation of a joint venture company ''Biostadt MH Seeds Limited'' with Mahindra Hybrid seeds Limited.
2003
  • Carved its niche with a turnover above 100 crores.
  • June 2003 Demerged from parent company, Wockhardt Limited and emerged as an Independant company called Biostadt India Limited.
  • Made its Asian venture fruitful by establishing its Thailand office.
2002
  • Sowed the seeds for future growth with its entry into the Seeds Business through the launch of Hi-Q Seeds.
1997
  • Ventured into the unexplored waters with the launch of Aqua Division for shrimp farmers.
  • Firmly entrenched its roots in the foreign land by establishing Biostadt Philippines Inc. with office at Metro Manila.
1995
  • Won the DST (Department of Science & Technology) Award from the Govt. of India for creating a breakthrough with the launch of India's first biopesticide - HALT (based on the native strain of Bacillus thuringiensis var kurstaki).
  • Made an international foray with its first export order to Turkey.
  • Moved a step further with its second factory for Wettable Powder, at Waluj, Aurangabad.
1994
  • Took a step ahead with its new Pesticide Formulation Unit at Aurangabad.

  • Grew further with its entry into the chemical pesticides business.

  • Laid the foundation of its first factory at Aurangabad.

  • Launched 'Biozyme' - a biotechnology-based product (US technology through Norwegian source) that is currently the undisputed leader in its niche market.
